My name is Jason Davies and I am a West London based Personal Trainer. I have been involved in the fitness industry since I was eighteen years old. Now with over 10 years of professional experience of training people in the gym; the business of fitness has become a big part of my life. This led me to want to develop my skills and knowledge of sports science not in the gym but in the classroom. Throughout the years I have gained several specialized qualifications. These include; a bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, a Diploma in Sports Massage and a Masters degree in Human Performance (Sports Science). I previously worked as a Personal Trainer at Virgin Active Hammersmith from 2009 to 2021. My areas of expertise are Sports Science, Boxing and Body Transformations.
My theoretical knowledge influences my training practices. It allows me to keep myself informed of the most recent developments and techniques used in Sports Science which gives my clients access to the best possible training techniques and advice.
I find working in the fitness industry is one of the most rewarding types of work that anyone can do. It gives me the opportunity to work with my clients on their own personal goals, being part of someone’s personal journey to a healthier life.
There are lots of ‘personal training and weight loss’ services on the market. With the boom of social media some people are turning to quick fixes without looking into how these practices can potentially damage their health long term. I strongly believe that for any of my clients to see long lasting results I need to work with them not just on their physical fitness, but aspects of their health, lifestyle and eating habits.
My aim as a personal trainer has always been to empower and educate my clients within a safe and fun environment, whilst striving to help clients attain their goals. I get an immense amount of job satisfaction working as a personal trainer, making the hours spent behind the scenes worth it.
The words: Inspire, Invigorate and Ignite embody my ethos as a Personal Trainer, which led to the inception of 3i-Fitness. I want to inspire everyone that I work with, invigorating them with new found energy and igniting a desire for a happier and healthier lifestyle!
