1-2-1 Personal Training

This service is suitable for anyone regardless of age or fitness experience. The location of the session is flexible and can be determined by the client. This can be:

  • In the client’s home
  • In an outdoor space (parks or outdoor gyms)
  • In a private studio (See map below)

What is included in this service?

  • Face-to-face Initial comprehensive consultation to explore your training goals and identify health issues. Includes screening.
  • 60 minute personal training sessions.
  • Personalised weekly training plans that are amended according to progress made.
  • Personalised nutritional templates (subject to training goals)

Online Training Hybrid

This option gives clients a more flexible and cost effective option. With Hybrid online training clients can receive the same high-quality training session through easy to follow videos and/ or images, with the option to book in a weekly virtual session. Help is always at hand to make sure that you train in a safe and effective way.

What is included in this service?

  • Initial comprehensive consultation via Skype to explore your training goals and identify health issues. Includes modified screening via Skype.
  • 1 x 45 min online session weekly (usually HIIT)
  • Structured Individual weekly plans
  • Monthly subscription (DD)
  • Regular contact via email, Skype and text with me so progress can be monitored and feedback given.
  • Video form analysis/ form correction
  • Personalised nutritional templates (subject to training goals)

1-2-1 PT:

Individual session = £60.00

4 x 60 minute sessions = £220.00 (£55.00 per session)

8 x 60 minute sessions = £420.00 (£52.50 per session)

12 x 60 minute sessions = £600.00 (50.00 per session)

(120 day expiration on all packs)

Hybrid Online PT:

£120.00 pcm (Direct Debit)
